INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS HERE
INTRODUCING our polyurethane ATS-V lockout kit. These inserts are shore 75D in hardness, absorb sounds while transferring energy loads well, leading to a more solid and planted driving experience, performing similar to solid hard rubber that some OEMs equip their cars with from the factory. It’s an excellent improvement over OEM performance, with inserts that fill the voids in the factory bushing at optimal percentages while creating imperceptible changes to NVH, providing our favorite “the way the factory should have done it” kind of feel.
We custom cast parts of the RK012-C kit in house and will be building them to order.
These orders require a 3 week lead time.
These eliminate vertical and lateral subframe movement and severely reduce the fore-aft movement that causes the uncontrolled yaw under WOT conditions. Our kit will give a driver a far more planted and secure feel from the rear axle in ALL conditions with a simple, bolt in solution that takes about 3 hours without creating any excessive NVH. In fact, most people do not notice any increase in road noise, etc.

Kits are 100% Made in the USA with product from CA, KY, MO, NV, WI and Michigan and include: custom cast polyurethane inserts, tailored to fit the bushings combination used on your ATS-V 2016-2019. Also includes T-304 stainless steel retaining plates, cadmium-plated steel alignment bushings and factory GM bolts to lock down your back end!
